2020 Melrose Avenue Activities and Parade

The shows are fabulous, and equally fun are all the goings-on on Melrose Avenue! You can stop by during lunch or throughout the day.
Melrose Avenue Parade and Entertainment are supported by the Mary F. Kessler Fund at the Polk County Community Foundation.
The Food Court. Local churches and groups offer a variety of eating choices to keep you going.
The Community Stage. Enjoy performances by local talent, including the Pacolet Junior Appalachian Musicians and  Dance Dynamics!
The Melrose Avenue Parade. This year's theme is "Everyday Heroes." Join our performers in strutting your stuff down Melrose Avenue! Gather in front of the Congregational Church at 12:15. The parade to TFAC begins at 12:30.
And as always, there will be many more ways to have fun on the Avenue, including:
  • Outdoor Bubble Spectaculars
  • Jerry Frazee, caricaturist
  • Mark DeVerges, balloon twister
  • FENCE Peoplechase
  • Foothills Gymnastics Academy
  • Polk County High School Key Club Face Painting
  • Polk County Public Libraries
